CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

FOR MONTHLY MEMBERS
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, but no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, after your current membership period is completed.
FOR ANNUAL MEMBERS
We offer a 7-day refund policy for annual memberships to try the program, you must request a refund within those 7 days should you feel the program is not a good fit. The 7-day refund period only applies to the annual membership and your first subscription and can’t be used more than once.
